33 auto transport railcars derailed in southern Nevada yesterday, wrecking new Gladiaotrs and Rubicons as well as Chevy/GMC pickups.

Also, the only news outlets I could find that reported the story were all Fox affiliate stations. Weird.

I’ll make the same comment I made on the FP.

Nothing of value was lost. Just an ugly jeep and a hideous Chevrolet.

Quick note: I wish the gladiator wasn't ugly and that the Silverado was at least a little nicer looking

It’s not even just ugly(the Silverado) , it’s not good. We have one at work, and it’s significantly worse than our last gen Ram.

Co ming from a C5Z, I really wanted to like the Silverado with the 6.2l. But even before it got uglier, we had two issues

1) the interior is not as good as the others. Both in materials and design

2) significantly worse visibility. Why is the hood so high and the roof so low? This isn’t a sports car. Only time I’ve felt a windshield was too short in a truck.

The steering wheel not really tilting up sucks also. It’s highest setting blocks the gauges for me, and I’m 6' tall.
